AFI KLM E&M and Cebu Pacific Air Sign agreement to strengthen partnership on Components and Engines for A320/A321 Fleet during the official visit of the French Minister of Foreign Trade to the Philippines


Paris, Amstelveen, Manila - 11 April 2025 – Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) and Cebu Pacific Air proudly announce the strengthening of their partnership for the A320/A321 Fleet.

The two companies celebrated at the French Residence in Manila, the upcoming signing for the Component support for the A320 family fleet, while also entering into an Agreement for CFM56-5B Shop Visit and On-Wing/On-Site support.


The formal signing ceremony was honored by the presence of distinguished guests, including the French Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade, Mr. Saint-Martin, the French Ambassador to the Philippines, Her Excellency Mrs. Marie Fontanel and the Philippines Secretary of Transportation, Mr. Vince Dizon.


This enhanced partnership underscores the mutual commitment to ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the airline’s A320/A321 fleet. This collaboration plays a pivotal role in strengthening AFI KLM E&M's position as a leading MRO provider in the region, particularly on the A320 platform.


Cebu Pacific Air, which recently placed the largest aircraft order in the Philippines' history with 102 confirmed and 50 optional A320/A321 NEO aircraft, continues to scale up its operations, further solidifying its status as a major player in the low-cost airline market.
