Airfoils Advanced Solutions
Jointly owned by Safran Aircraft Engines (51%) and Air France-KLM (49%), Airfoils Advanced Solutions (AAS) started operating in late 2018. Located in Valenciennes, our latestjoint-venture repairs high-pressure compressor blades andvariable stator vanes, focusing on the CFM International CFM56 engines powering the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737, GE’s GE90 engines powering the Boeing 777, and the Engine Alliance GP7200 for the Airbus A380 super-jumbo.
AMES
We have teamed up with Safran Nacelles (SAFRAN Group) to create a 50/50 joint venture for aircraft engine nacelle repairs and maintenance in the Middle East. Located in Dubai, AMES offers the combined knowledge of a leading MRO and OEM, delivering highly-effective, rapid-response aircraft maintenance solutions through a portfolio of services covering all types of nacelles.
Aerotechnic Industries
ATI is a 50/50 joint venture between AFI KLM E&M and Royal Air Maroc (RAM). It has a Casablanca based maintenance facility equipped with four medium-haul aircraft maintenance bays. Jointly managed and backed by our sales force, the business unit bolsters the regional position of the Group and RAM by offer ing leading-edge maintenance services for A320 family and Boeing 737NG aircraft.
Bonus Tech
Our Miami-based joint-venture is part of our global MRO network and a major player on the aircraft engine teardown market for repair stations, parts distributors, airlines and investors. Our local client portfolio includes two of the leading engine manufacturers: GE and Pratt & Whitney.
iGO Solutions
iGO Solutions is our joint-venture dedicated to line and light maintenance operations. Based at Paris Orly airport, it provides full support for Airbus A350 and A330 as well as Boeing 737 aircraft.
Max MRO Services
Located in Mumbai, Max MRO Services Pvt. Ltd is a leader in the component MRO business for customers operating commercial aircraft fleets in India and the neighboring regions. The company offers component maintenance support for various aircraft types, including pool and exchange & repair services as a part of its maintenance solutions package.
Singapore Component Solutions
Singapore Component Solutions is our joint venture with Sabena technics, another major worldwide MRO provider. Partners since 2018, we support A320 and ATR component repairs in Singapore’s new Seletar aviation cluster. On the strength of the world’s latest growth trends in aircraft maintenance, South East Asia is a promising market for Singapore Component Solutions SCS.
Spairliners
Spairliners is a joint venture set up by Air France and Lufthansa Technik to offer full component support for all airlines operating the A380 and Embraer E-Jet worldwide. In addition to its headquarters in Hamburg, Spairliners opened a warehouse and logistics center in Singapore in 2016.
xCelle Americas
xCelle Americas is a joint venture established by Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance and Triumph Group, dedicated to servicing new generation aircraft nacelles. xCelle Americas is a unique maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) solutions provider, taking the expertise of an airline combined with the experience of a third-party MRO.
