CRMA benefits from the experience of Xavier Malavergne, an experience that could be described, from a MRO perspective, as a “360° experience” with regard to the diversity of tasks he was in charge of within Air France Industries. Xavier Malavergne has, so far, unfolded around 4 main axes that are:

- Aircraft Light Maintenance, as Maintenance Hangar Manager for Airbus A330/A340 aircrafts, Boeing B747/B777 fleets and AWACS.
- Aircraft Heavy Maintenance, as Products Manager for Boeing B777, Airbus A330/A340, aircraft painting and cabin modification. During this period, Xavier had carried out, with its teams, major structural changes in hangars optimisation footprint and maintenance processes, especially through Lean projects.
- Then Xavier embraces the Engines World, by joining Engine Services at Air France Industries Engines Services as Chief Operating Officer. Several years of rich and fruitful experiences where he was in charge of GE90, GP7200, CFM56-5A/B/C and Leap engine shop visits, for Air France, KLM and Third Customers fleets.
